Well we sure had an interesting afternoon! Upon our arrival at the JDF library we unexpectedly found out that author Mr. Eric Zweig had been rescheduled for tomorrow! Instead he will be visiting our class at school. We did have a great walk and got in some extra exercise in the meantime:)

The class was great at our Grand Opening Assembly! They listened attentively and danced enthusiastically to the slide show:) Well done!

Please remember to sign and return the Permission Slip, it has been stapled into your child's Agenda. It must be handed back for your child to attend. I apologize for it coming home so late, it is my fault and I appreciate you getting it back on time.

A reminder that tomorrow is Remembrance Day therefore school is not in session.

**Since we have stopped doing Spelling/Dictée Pre-tests to make more time for Social Studies a lot of students test scores have dropped markedly, indicating that they have not been studying on their own time!
